Made 100% in MS Paint

My entry for the deviantART 8-Bit Design Challenge. It's the site's mascot, Fella, opening a chest and various tools of art symbolically popping out. The pallette is the site's, so that might explain why it might be a bit on the bland side. All of the other designs were using incredibly gaudy colors, so I thought I'd keep it simple.
